For all Versa portfolios (except Versa Cash-i), Cash Out requests submitted before 3:00 PM on a business day (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same day.
Requests submitted after 3:00 PM or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
For Versa Cash-i, the cut-off time is 10:00 AM on business days.

If a Cash Out request is submitted after the cut-off time or on a non-business day, the T day will fall on the next business day.
The funds will then be credited to your bank account within the respective number of business days, depending on the portfolio.
**Please note that the exact time the funds will appear in your bank account may vary and could be earlier than 11.59 PM, depending on the processing time of the beneficiary bank.
Why is my Cash Out delayed?
Cash Out transactions are typically processed promptly if all provided details are accurate. However, your Cash Out may be delayed due to the following reasons:
1. Incorrect Banking Details
The bank account information provided (e.g., account number, bank name) may be incorrect or incomplete.
2. Name Mismatch or Third-Party Account
The name on the receiving bank account does not match your registered name with Versa.
As part of our security and regulatory requirements, funds can only be transferred to a Single Name bank account registered under your own name. We do not allow transfers to third-party, corporate, or joint accounts.
