For a Cash Out request submitted before 3.00 PM on a business day (Monday to Friday), it will be processed the same day. Requests submitted after 3.00 PM and non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
*except Versa Cash-i, the cut off time for all other Versa portfolios is at 3 PM on a business day.

Note that “T” is the Transaction processing day, if the cash out is requested after cut-off time on a business day, or during a non-business day, the T day will be the next business day, + the respective business day/s to reflect in your bank account.

**Please note that the exact time the funds will appear in your bank account may vary and could be earlier than 11.59 PM, depending on the processing time of the beneficiary bank.
Cash Out transactions is processed promptly if the information you have provided is accurate.
However, you may experience delays with your cash out due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect Banking Details
- Details of the bank account provided (account number, bank name, etc) are incorrect.
- Name Mismatch or 3rd Party Account.
- The receiving name of the bank account does not match your registered name with Versa.
As part of our security measures, we are only allowed to transfer funds to a Single Name bank account that is under your own name.
