To open a Versa account, follow the steps for Part 1 & 2 below:
Part 1: Creating A Versa Account
Step 1: Click on the “Create Account” button to create a Versa Account
Step 2: Key in your Display Name & Email and click on “Create Account”.
Step 3: Key in the OTP you received through the email you just registered, and click “Verify OTP”
Step 4: Set your password.
(Password must have at least 8 characters with 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and
1 number.
Example: Versa4U20)
Step 5: You have successfully created a Versa account!
Next, continue to Part 2 to Onboard your account.
Part 2: Opening your Versa Account (Onboarding)
Step 1: Click on 'Get Started Now' and 'Next' to start.
Step 2: Enter your Mobile Number, and click on "Request OTP".
Step 3: Key in the OTP you received through the phone number you just registered, and click “Validate OTP”.
Step 4: Next, verify your identity by taking a photo of your MyKad (front & back).
Step 5: Now, let’s verify your identity with a selfie.
• Tip 1: Look at the camera directly and make sure your whole face is in the frame.
• Tip 2: Please capture under better lighting condition.
• Tip 3: Remove sunglasses. Make sure we can clearly see your eyes.
Step 6: Confirm your details, Permanent address & Correspondent address.
Step 7: Complete your Employment Details, Personal Details & FACTA.
Step 8: Verify your Onboarding and check the “Terms & Conditions” below.
Click on "Complete Application".
Step 9: Choose the fund that you would like to cash in and make your 1st cash in.
Key in an amount that you would like to cash in, and click on "Cash In Fund".
Once you've made your first cash-in, you will be able to see your cash-in amount reflected in the dashboard while it is being processed.
