As part of our account verification process, we require all users to provide accurate information in the application.
The reasons that you are requested to resubmit your application may be the following:
- Information of IC not shown in its entirety
- Blurry or low quality of IC image
- Information in the application does not match
If you receive a request from our support team to resubmit your application, please do so within 2-3 business days to avoid potential further delays to your account verification.
In a case, where the application is not resubmitted in 14 days, the application will be rejected and your cash in amount will be refunded to the bank account that we received from. The refund will take up to 10-14 business days.
