Step 1. Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page or from the Hamburger Menu on your dashboard
Step 2. Enter the email address which you used to register and click "Submit" to receive a One Time Password (OTP).
Step 3. Enter the OTP you received through email and click "Validate OTP"
Step 4. Create your new password
Step 5. A new password has been created
